P.R.O.P. - Pilot's Review Of Proficiency

What is P.R.O.P.?
A Pilot Safety Seminar good for any pilot but oriented to the MU-2

Who Should Attend P.R.O.P.?
- Every pilot flying an MU-2
- Anyone involved in any form or operation or support of the MU-2
- Prospective Owner/Operators

Why Should I Attend?
To improve pilot awareness and decision making skills, meet other MU-2 operators and learn more about how to operate an MU-2 safely and to better understand the support programs available for the MU-2.

Why P.R.O.P. is Important:
Industry standards and recent experience indicate that operator conferences which attract 30 or more actual operators are considered successful. By these standards, the P.R.O.P. program is considered phenomenally successful. In fact, the success of P.R.O.P. has been continually noted by several other manufacturers who have attempted to duplicate the program, but to date have been unsuccessful.

P.R.O.P. has provided a forum from which the primary sponsors, Mitusbishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. and SimCom, as well as co-sponsor Honeywell and other contributors, have learned a great deal about the needs and desires of MU-2 operators for today and the future. The P.R.O.P. program will certainly pay dividends for all of the sponsors and participants. After P.R.O.P. '96, the training facility, experienced MU-2 maintenance facilities, and various MU-2 vendors all reported significant increases in their MU-2 business. In addition, the MU-2 safety record steadily improved following P.R.O.P. '94, as it did following the original P.R.O.P. in 1982.
